Error: Main/iw_11.iwd is different from the server

 I am new to the online multi-player gaming (I'm trying to set this up for my son). He has mastered solo play, completing all the levels, so he wanted to try multi-player. However, when we try to logon to your server, I get an error: main/iw_11.iwd is different from the server. Can you point me in the right direction? FYI, I have run the 1.5 patch.

 Enable "allow downloads" in multiplayer settings might do the trick

 Unfortunately, Allow Downloads in the multiplayer settings was already enabled. Any other advice?

 I guess that file got damaged/corrupted somehow and must be replaced or reinstalled
